Although I tasted some surprising Chardonnays in the Okanagan this past week--velvety, apricoty, gorgeous. And I've always been such a Chard snob--I guess because the varietal just seemed so... 80's cougar. And as I approach true cougarhood, I have to be careful what I drink, right? Anyway, I tasted some fine Pinot Gris and some fine Rieslings from Naramata, which I look forward to swilling with you. My next question: when are you going to take a bloody reds course? Come on!
